Extremely frustrating experience! My bus broke down at 3 am on the highway with no backup transport provided. I had to arrange alternative transport to the nearest station at my own expense, expecting a full refund. However, the refund amount was minimal, and getting a response from the intercity travel service was tough. The other intercity bus refused to take us in. Very disappointing service!

This is wonderful bus with neat and clean infra. Main drawback is none of the customers can't dail to the driver/bus captain. The number shared via notifications will direct to helpline that will never allow us to connect to driver. By the way they will call us an hour prior, but if we missed it, we can't call them back to the same number, even if we are using a registered mobile number. Myself and all my friend circles face the same problems for this specific travels. Customers to be valued.

Very Disappointing and Unfair Experience I had a very bad experience with this bus service. I was carrying a small personal box weighing less than 1 kg, and they still charged me almost 70% of the ticket fare just for that! What’s worse, I offered to keep it on my own booked seat, but they refused. If it were luggage, spare parts, or commercial goods, I’d understand a charge—but this was clearly a personal item, and I even requested them to check the contents. Still, they insisted on charging me
