when I did previous bookings through online it was fine, but when I did through app after filling the form, the next payment page in the app started to load slowly on behalf of me having very good internet speed. I then rebooted my mobile, but then also it was slow when it came to payment page. ?????

Terrible experience while trying to use the app online. It took 8 attempts to confirm 1 booking for one person, one way. Couldn't find the option of buying a return ticket, though I'd imagine it would be there. Get your act together for your own good, is all I can say.

Been trying to create an irctc ID for the past 3 days and keep getting an error. The error is so generic, you can't even figure out the problem with registration. Worst part is without an IRCTC ID, they don't allow you to book a train ticket. Just stuck in a loop!
