They lost my parcel. Yes, they refunded the amount so I could refund my buyer — but I was the one who had to go all the way to their office just to file for the refund. Think about the hassle and inconvenience that caused me. I lost so much on my end — work hours, time, travel expenses, and the stress they caused. Plus, they lost a limited edition set of pcs.

installed to leave a bad review, paid the item in advance, when the item arrived they asked for payment cod, but I said I paid, and have receipt, so I told the rider to come back 2 days from now while I was resolving the issue, resolved the issue, and waited to receive the item again, 4 days go by no item. checked tracking, rider said I canceled, item on its way back to seller.

It's not very good app, customer service is not always available like the other apps. It should be 24/7. Whenever you like to request customer support services they should be able to reach you out. They should prioritize their valued customers! But this one J&T express apps? Naaah i recommend SPX now than this J&T.
