Direct Debit is a joke, I keep calling them, asking to add my direct debit on a specific date, and they can't confirm that. they said it is set for that date, but the balance is still not paid. it feels like they want me to fail with my payments for their commissions. honestly, I had to cancel my direct debit with them to start paying my balance manually, so im sure that the card is fully paid at the end of each month. and their support are a joke. They never know how to explain anything right.

I lost my card and my card was blocked from that time I am suffering to pay my direct debit because my app was not working and cannot rest as well. I call to customer service to many times even they cannot do any thing. I place a complaint but I get reply back with out solution. every time they send me late payment letter but I have no option to pay from any where. I fell very bad

Apparently my card has been blocked without giving any sort of notice or communication. When contacted their customer service, I have been told that my account is under review, which can take up to 30 days - simple email/letter/text message about that would be appreciated. Currently my account is frozen, but they still charge me interest on the balance that I cannot pay due to review. Edit: It has been over 30 days and no communication at all. My account is still blocked.
