planes are good and modern, check in online is great. the new pricing structure is giving less for more cost. getting Qantas points but not getting food or luggage for free when 8 months ago you could and cheaper than now. that and the hostesses on 60% of the flights look and act like it's a hassle to serve you.

ABSOLUTELY AWEFUL !! It's 2024 and Jetstar/qantas and spending millions on PR to tell you they are fixing the problems of the past when in reality, they have fixed nothing. Tried to change a fight and incurred 2 different fees and a 40 minute wait on the phone for service. Fee 1, Price difference, totally understandable Fee 2 admin fee of $75 to change the flight which to 30 seconds. Cost more than the flight. Instead of spending money on PR saying you're fixing trust issues. Just fix it

Possibly the worst customer service experience. They delayed a flight by 4 hours causing me to miss a connecting flight and offered zero help whatsoever. No responsibility for their negligence. Just, good luck with being stranded in a foreign country. No way to call, or talk to anyone who could actually do anything to help.
