“The app has a serious issue with picture upload. At the final stage, the application often gets rejected due to image problems, even after uploading them correctly in the first step. If the app is going to reject the picture, it should not allow the upload in the beginning. This wastes both time and effort. Needs urgent improvement.”

I'm facing major mapping issues in the JPW app while doing AirFiber LOS checks. Around 60% of my orders are getting cancelled because of mapping errors. Even when I'm standing just 200 meters from the A6 tower, the app shows "No Mapping Available" and doesn't allow LOS completion. In the last 3 days, I had to cancel more than 10 orders due to this issue. This problem is causing unnecessary delays and poor customer experience. Kindly request Jio technical team to fix this mapping issue as soon

I am the technician of jio fiber . App is too slow and its have lots of bugs and errors , app is very slowly update informations . so please I request to the jio developers to see the app problem and its taking to the so much time to load, and prosess and gps signal also wrong direction and its not working and most of the times it's happening, so this is the only issue now and I have to lots of issues in JPW so please find it and solve the problem.
