Internet is not working since 10 days, I have been trying to contact the customer support and it does not allow to connect with customer support. Please people do not take this Internet services. Worst experience with service. I see your response and it is all lies I have tried hundreds of time to contact the customer support it just goes to the automated message saying issue will be resolved.

Today, I had a new AirFiber installation. I specifically requested a circular outdoor unit for its superior stability, but the engineer arrived with an old, box-shaped unit. It was clearly used—dirty and without any packaging. Why install outdated equipment on a brand-new setup? This is unacceptable service and feels like a scam.

some features are use less like when i run diagnosis it is run for a second and say something went wrong, in this app Internet speed shows good but it is very slow and poor on laptop and I checked it on another speed test app,I mailed for it so many times but no solution and i think jio's help line number also need help, you called on the help line no. but have to listen automated answer that is we are facing internet conjunction in your area and our technical team is working on it..
