i have jio fiber connection. the router's 5ghz connection isn't accessible throughout the floor. so, I have to put some of my devices in 2.4ghz IoT connection so that all of my devices get internet access. despite turning on iot mode for the devices, the connection sometimes get lost or automatically refreshes. so, the intention is good but the execution is poor as the app doesn't fulfill its purpose properly

Worst internet and customer support. Took the 100 Mbps Jio AirFiber plan, but from day one speeds were mostly 2–30 Mbps. Only the JioHome app shows 100 Mbps, while TRAI, Google & Ookla consistently show low speeds and very high latency. Frequent disconnections, TV drops, poor video calls, and gaming ping of 90–400 ms. Support always says "connection is fine" and won't send a technician. Don't trust the sales promises. Choose ACT, Airtel, or Hathway instead. Never choosing Jio again.

This app is not working at all. The router status is showing offline in the app even though router is online physically. same with the set top box status and connected devices status.
