JioHome App is showing Jio Universal Router Offline. Tried Router Factory Reset as well as APP reinstall. Please provide the fix. Your toll-free helpline number doesn't understand issue at all. they have standard solution Restart, Factory Reset, Reinstall. Non of these helpful.

Iam unable to control my jio fiber router through Jiohome app. Even though internet is active, app shows offline. complaint registered through mail.Jio team is unable to resolve it for the past one month. very poor technical team in jio. updated: I have contacted your call centre and it is useless. your agents will waste time and they are not competent to solve the problem.

i have jio fiber connection. the router's 5ghz connection isn't accessible throughout the floor. so, I have to put some of my devices in 2.4ghz IoT connection so that all of my devices get internet access. despite turning on iot mode for the devices, the connection sometimes get lost or automatically refreshes. so, the intention is good but the execution is poor as the app doesn't fulfill its purpose properly
