worst app !! never works. i brought 4 jio router and tried to register as in the manual it was mentioned. none of the router worked. also once registered with jio home no way to unregister and try again. so I simply uninstalled and I have been living peaceful life since then. I also already connected on your toll free number and the raised a case to get engineers for visit. two people came and saw the router and were completely unaware of the router. they couldn't do anything

They think I am a little kid like "UDay" as shown in one of the screenshots of the app. I am actually a "beady eyed man boy". And it is "MoonDay" today, by the way. "सोमवार"। Edit: Ah, they must consider you "undesirable" if you don't use WhatsApp. Tata Play Fiber also asks for "WhatsApp number" in their booking form. I do facial profiling instead.

This app and jio air fibre are worst. This app shows network speed to be 30 mbps but the internet is so slow as if I'm using 3g and when checked with 3rd party app, network speed never goes above 20 mbps. Even after complaining to jio agent as well as on email..no response was given. No accountability, just money making.
