Hi, I want to pay for the upcoming half marathon event. but after entering all the credit card credentials and submitting the payment request. the system kept showing error and reverted the process. I sent screenshot of the issues to your Instagram page but no one is responding to me even as I am writing this

For my phone, Google Pixel 7, the app search bar is placed right behind the phone status/notification bar where the time/batt status etc is displayed. So I cant use the search bar, it will instead direct me to the status bar. I cant make full use of the search function and have to opt for manual search, which is frustrating

signed up early to show support and even bought extra 4 more jerseys at inflated prices. organiser turns out to be super inflexible. Event is more than 6 months away but refuse to help with change of jersey size. Big regret to sign up when there are so many other running events I could have chosen instead
