KFC Team- Please recognize that it is an international firm, not a start-up. Please enhance your app, we are in a competitive world. Hire someone from Swiggy or Zomato to create or upgrade the application and make it more user friendly, so that you can reach every person easly. Application is not taking the appropriate location and the application is very slow.

This app sucks. The estimated delivery time doesn't update, the driver never gets appointed, the restaurant can't be contacted as the number provided in the app is always out of service. And worst of all is that there's no option to cancel your order when you are done waiting for 2hrs.

Very very bad service i ordered Wednesday bucket yesterday from KFC app at 8.50pm still now not received the order even after 14 hours. There is no option to call customer service, no option to complaint no one to reply, when called it never get connected with the store or the delivery person and we don't have any other option. I have paid 750rs and no response from store or concerned person. Very disappointed, how will I get atleast the refund, never thought of having such a bad experience.
