there is always a glitch in this app, whenever we do transactions with card payments get deducted & they say there is no order & later even the refund doesn't comes back, even after several times follow up also but there is no refund comes, they just simply answer that you will get it in 5 to 7 working days but my refund doesn't come even after 3 weeks consecutively follow up, also when we follow up again they simply say we have created the tickets you can get refund in 5 to 7 working days.😡😡

Extremely disappointing experience with Hardee’s. This is honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a fast-food restaurant. I placed my order I placed my order and after 1 hour and 38 minutes the food still hasn’t arrived. The delivery time kept changing more than 6 times, which is completely unacceptable. I called several times trying to solve the issue, but no one actually helped. The only solution they offered was for me to cancel the order, which makes no sense after waiting

never order from the app. charges more than the outlet. 16 aed item charged 18 aed in app. 9 aed in outlet, 10 aed in app. why the difference?. no other apps doing like this. very bad
