Had the app before being notified to update it. Now it won't even work! Every time I try and open it now, it closes and the little message box pops up that says " app not responding, wait or close app" So what am I supposed to do now? That app is where I get my schedules, my paycheck information, basically everything important pertaining to my job at Longhorn Steakhouse. This needs fixed like NOW!

I have had many work apps that have a schedule. This is probably the worst one yet. It glitches frequently. They took away group message for the new people that are getting the app. So you can only message privately. The my shift portion is the most glitchy part of the app. It buffers then it ends up saying access denied sorry. Like a server is down every week. It's also slow to notify. When you're in the app you don't get the notification that something has happened until 10 minutes later.

Buggy and annoying. Also one feature that was working before isn't working now! I posted a shift to a team member and decided to cancel it-- the "cancel post" button weirdly leads to a pop-up that says "Send to manager for approval", which is not what I wanted to do. Even if you click that, it just responds with an error message-- on both the app AND the browser website!! Get a better software developer please
