Interface is clean and easy to use. However, it couldn't save transfer slips 50% of the time (forever spinning) and I had to force close and reopen it again to show the transaction to the vendor.

I've been using this app for a few years already. Not gonna lie that I love the UI experience. However, when it comes to migrating the app to a new phone. It's quite absurd that it can't be done on the app if you forgot to remove your old device in the app menu first. Otherwise, you'll have to contact the bank's branch in order for them to manually verify your identity just to use the app on the new phone again. I experienced myself on this, and I think it is inconvenient. Please fix.

Garbage, i installed it performed everything till i got the barcode, went to 7-11 with barcode and QR code failed a dozen times, called Kept, they couldn't figure it out simply said no issue on their end go to another 7-11 drove to the next one same issue and no help from Kept phone service, waste of time do not bother with this failure of a app.
