This app's basic function- adding money to accounts- works, but nothing else does. There's not an option to delete a student's account, the FAQ button doesn't take you anywhere, and the email button takes you to a URL Error page. The website is exactly the same as the app except that email button opened my email app- it didn't input the address into a new email, just opened the app. The chatbot is designed linear and does not allow for 'other than the given options' chat. Overall- very poor.

This app is frustrating to use. Changes/updates to the app are made often, usually leading to the app not working well, such as filters being added that made the menu not appear unless you clicked certain days & weeks. Currently, it wants to give an app tour upon login, and the app is freezing. This app seems to be a big work in progress. Unfortunately, it is the only way to see our school's lunch menu and to pay the lunch account so when it is not working, it has an important impact.

Apparently an "upgrade" from the Titan app previously, and touted as being better and more streamlined. Right off the bat, no biometric login option like Titan had. Besides that, it essentially looks the same as titan did, so not sure the reason to change or what's drastically different. Also had to hit "log out" twice as the first time I tried, it just sat there for a few seconds, then went back to my dashboard.
