Using this app is agony. It opens to an unskippable full page ad. THEN, after waiting forever, it gives a popup to add your credit card EVERY TIME. NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I REFUSE IT WILL ALWAYS ASK ME. Interface is painfully slow. I 100% regret buying a stupid coupon that requires me to use this wretched app. I would rather have a piece of paper, a pre-filled debit card, or basically any other solution than this trash. It was so difficult using the app, we just paid using a card.

This app is AMAZING! I honestly thought there was some kind of catch when I signed up because the cash back deal was so good, but there is no catch! You just pay your bill and get 20% off! I also recently pre-payed for inKind cash and they were running a promotion for 45% additional credit!!! This app is especially great if you live in a metro area with a lot of participating restaurants. I, unfortunately, do not. But I travel enough that it makes it worth it!

I downloaded the app prior to a vacation, as there were numerous restaurants that used inKind. I had a question/concern about a payment through the app and received the BEST customer service ever! Jacob was clear, helpful, understanding and went above and beyond to solve the problem. I am hoping more restaurants in the Minneapolis area get added!
