I'm not sure if my experience is common, but the first time I downloaded the app and paid a restaurant bill, the restaurant itself (that had held a credit card to open a tab) charged me a second time afterwards & added a 25% gratuity since I wasn't there to sign that 2nd bill. Now I have to fight with both over being charged by two vendors for the same dinner. How do you avoid this?

Constant rotating list of restaurants that keeps shrinking - over half are now just different locations of the same place where I don't go (primarily overly expensive coffee shops) so after putting a decent amount of credit on the app, there aren't really good choices. They also change without warning so a place might accept one day but not the next. Makes planning to go somewhere and use the app nearly impossible. Skip and don't load credit.

Such an incredible app, especially if you like dining out! I have been able to visit some fantastic restaurants that I would otherwise never get to see. And so easy to use! Whether you prepay for dining credits, redeem rewards, or earn Cash Back credits for dining out with the app, inKind is always saving me money! And anytime I need help, their support team is phenomenal! They are super responsive, so helpful and quick. inKind has made a lifetime user out of me!
