I was given access to this app through work. There are well over 20 primary languages that people speak and I need to communicate accurately with. It usually gets a translator in the language I request within a minute or so. I love that I can use it in audio or video. I can also look back afterwards and get the interpreter ID number for documentation instead of stopping everything at the start to get and write it down. It's been extremely helpful to me.

It was great now it won't open even after deleting and installing again. Keeps saying no connection.

The speakerphone is so quiet, I know iw it's not properly routing it and is using the headset instead. Otherwise a good app, but I avoid using it because of this issue.
