While their rate is better than that of its competitors, its app is cumbersome and non responsive. I had used the app to transfer money from my debit card to their wallet, but could not do it with the same debit card again even when the funds were available. The app keep on rejecting my transaction. My card had already been verified. I call but no direct solution was offered, i was told to download the latest version of the app,which is what i currently have. Please correct the glitches now.

This app is useless to me. For more than a week I have been trying to verify my identity and the app is telling me to change my post code. A post code I have used close to 14 years now. Aside that, no option to input a different post code if you wanted to. Yes, I have seen that their rate is better than it competitors but their customer service is even the worst. Everyone is replying to my emails and phone calls without providing solution to the problem. This is crazy is almost 2weeks now.

My experience has been terrible. Almost 2 weeks ago, it wouldn't let me make transfers or withdrawals. I tried to send money & the "continue" button was grayed out & wouldn't let me click it. I also tried to withdraw my balance but it didn't let me. I spoke to customer service but they keep on saying they'll forward it to the tech team but nothing is getting resolved. They are holding my money hostage. I received a email saying they're reviewing my account for no reason.
