The only positive thing about the application is that you could find many stores for different needs. Every other thing in the app sucks, it seems the owners of the business don't care about the quality of the software and have low standards. The UI looks very bad, you don't want to use it unless you have to. They put as many features as they can instead of improving the existing ones. The search feature is broken and often crashes due to poor memory handling.

Horrible app. Ratings don't mean anything, just absolutely horrible customer service especially the AI bot, and above ALL they gaslight and lowball you when refunding 🤷🏻‍♂️ i have no idea what is that about

VIP membership was a game changer. I switched from Talabat and have been using VIP deliveries ever since. update: buggy app as always. Your services are great, I wonder why you don't hire a better software developer?! I can't activate VIP via cash since a long time, just nothing happens when I try to activate it. And there is no option to live chat via support like there was before, no way to open a "ticket". Even your telephone number ain't working.
