Used to love this app now it's bad. Checking does not work and there are a ton of steps before you can actually add more bags to your flight or check in. A lot of options will send you to the web browser instead of being native which is not as intuitive as it used to. Options were fine before not sure why you would change it

App crashes all the time. The LifeMiles app recently started asking users to use 2 factor authentication. It offered both Google and Microsoft Authenticators. I tried to set up Google Auth several times. Each time the LieMiles app crashed. The same thing happened when I selected Microsoft Auth. So I selected no 2 factor authentication and pressed Continue. The app crashed every time. This app is absolutely worthless.

It's been more than 6 months since I ever was able to use the LM-Pay This application is continuously slow or offline and the pay feature by Dale, always put you on Jeopardy because it never updates your balance on time for the transaction.. making you come up with a different payment method like Google wallet, bank cards or cash. It's very embarrassing. New update... This application getting even worse everyday. They should erase the application and start making a brand new one from scratch.
