This app used to work fine, but after a series of updates it no longer streams video to the phone without stuttering and freezing constantly. I contacted support, who did virtually nothing and then resolved my case after 10 days and without any other possible solutions than "umm try turning it on and off again." I'll never buy another Mevo product. They screw up their own software and the support is garbage.

We have a Start and a Plus. With the forced app update a week ago, the Start has become buggy, failing to join our WiFi network without repeatedly cycling the camera off and on. Ironically, the older Plus is unaffected. Very frustrating when people who cannot attend are depending upon the livestream option!

The issues updating firmware are awful. I'm giving 2-Stars instead of 1-Star because when the Mevo works, it is very nice. However, issues with the screen not being visible at some random times during the connection w/ Gamechanger is aggravating.
