doesn't allow me to log in half the time with no clear indication why. With strong wifi or on data, doesn't matter. very frustrating to not be able to access my money as needed in this day and age. I can excuse the old app and such but to have simple issues with accessing the app for so long accentuates how woefully behind the times they are.

This app was fine until about 6 months ago when it became nearly impossible to make an e-deposit. I have tried all kinds of lighting, checked my camera lens for oil, and dirt, and it still rejects most checks. This was never a problem in the past. Otherwise, the app is acceptable, but these days, making successful e-deposits is a must. I'm seriously considering changing banks because of this problem.

The saying why fix it when it's not broke well that applies to this app it is now a worthless piece of 💩💩. You're unable to log in most of the time you get the "Unable to process your request 401 message" so you can't check your accounts or even pay your bill. But if I'm late on a payment the charges come quicker than the notifications!! Which You're lucky if you get a notification when you use your cards. COME ON LOGIX GET YOUR 💩 TOGETHER AND FIX THIS!! THIS APP WAS ONCE RELIABLE.
