About this app

It's a client used with plug and play IP cameras. You can view the real time IP cameras videos, talk and listen, PTZ control by using this version. And you can manage the user account, device parameters and the record datas. It's your wonderful assistent to manage your ip cameras.

The app is terrible in general but the most disappointing and frustrating aspects have to do with video recording, memory, and playback. I foolishly subscribes to their cloud service. It consistently misses huge chunks of video and the ability to playback the video that is captured is pitaful. No thumbnail and no ability to fast forward or rewind so have to sit there and watch the entire clip just to see if it caught what you are trying to investigate.

Updated March 2025: See original review below. Nothing has changed and this is still the worst app I have ever used. I am updating this to warn people not to subscribe to the cloud recording service which is totally unreliable and leaves large gaps in your recordings. Videos often inaccessible too. Total waste of money. Original 2023: App loses contact with camera at least once a week. There is no recovery. You have to configure it as a new device and start all over. Video playback cumbersome.

It works relatively okay. But there is one thing that is very disturbing to me. When you disconnect it from the wifi it stops recording to the SD card (even when on loop record) which means it cannot be used at all when not connected to the Internet and if the Internet goes down it will not record (so if someone unplugs the modem) the camera won't record at all.
