it's been one month i couldn't do just one transaction. the App fails in every step. sometimes login fails, sometimes balance didn't show, sometimes beneficiary list didn't show and and and... . if you don't have branches in the ground, just make sure your app works properly.

Very Poor Communication Dear Al Maryah Community Bank, I am very disappointed with your service. I tried to contact your bank several times through email, but I never received any response. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and care for customers. If a bank cannot respond to basic customer inquiries, how can people trust it with their money? Unauthorized Fees & No Customer Support I am facing a serious issue with unauthorized charges.The bank deducted 209 DH from my account without any explanation. I filed a complaint through the app on August 7th, but have received no response for weeks. Now my account is deeply in the negative due to their error.
