Ratings and reviews

Feature request: Please add a notification for when wireless thermostats lose connection with the wireless receiver. Please add this either in-app, via email or selectable. Even better than that would be if the wireless thermostat connection status could be logged over time similar to the way Wi-Fi signal is. This is a frequent but intermittent problem with our system (wireless thermostats losing connection with the wireless receiver). I'd be very happy to help beta testing this new feature.

Useless, tried 3 times, the interface doesn't connect, I get nothing in the app... They say I should try to go through my router's IP to set it up like it's 2004... If you want an AC connected to the internet, these ones aren't for you. Waste of time, got better things to do with my life. Even cheap printers are easy to connect nowadays!!!

awful setup, awful to use, slow, terrible UI, often doesn't work. The app developers don't understand the Android app life cycle, the app doesn't go to sleep properly when it loses focus and does refresh when you return. Stupid. It has no local control (apparently used to), all cloud. So if their servers get hacked, someone could heat your whole house up, maybe even start a fire. I recommend unplugging the module and using the remote.
