Was working fine until I needed to add a new camera. I have used this app for a couple of years now and it has been very good. Lets me keep an eye on the dogs when out and the house while we are away but I recently had to delete a camera and now the option to add one is not working. Literally nothing happens when I click on the plus. The cameras already set up are working fine but frustrating we can't add more. **Update** We deleted the app, Re-installed it and now working fine.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. You cannot download videos from this app. I subscribed for monthly cloud storage, but all of a sudden, it doesn't work anymore after debiting me. I did a year one of $29.99 and after one month the cloud disappeared from the app. Seriously this is very frustrating. I had an incident at my home and wanted to download the videos, but corrupted files kept showing in my gallery instead of the video itself. It's really annoying. I want my money back!!

The app used to work, in that I got notifications on motion detection. However now I simply do not get notifications. It still records movement, but it just doesn't notify you of the detection. Not very handy if you want to catch something at the time of event! Also, adding a device through the app was not working so had to use pc.
