App works great. Discovered my Robins just fine. Updating firmware was easy other than needing to keep my screen on manually. ANC and touch control options are fully customizable. It comes with a few EQ presets, but it's missing is a customizable graphic/parametric EQ. The app also has a user manual and some wallpapers that match different products from Moondrop which are neat additions. Overall a flawless experience, only missing any custom EQ options.

A hit or miss, your overall experience depends on whether your device is properly supported. My moondrop dawn pro works seemlessly with the app, its detected easily and the settings apply without any hiccups. My moondrop echo on the other hand is completely different. I sometimes need to unplug, then plug it again just for the app to detect it. Applying the settings also kills the audio everytime and there are times were the device is "connected" but the changes you make don't apply.

One day the app would be working properly. I believe in it (not really). Like, come on! You are selling pretty expensive earphones, and still can't make the app work properly without glitching or crashing? That's insane. Are you guys in deep slumber? Because I don't know how to explain your behaviour towards the app, it's saying that it's been updated recently, but bugs are still here. I hope you fix the app, because I do like your products.
