After a multiple efforts could book a ticket for my wife's journey. The bus was leaving original stop late night and Boarding stop falls after midnight, app was throwing error message for the date. Tried to reach technical team, helpline number, no use. Neither phone was reached, if reached it was not answered. Very difficult to get technical support if you require. No option but to continue with the app.

I had a terrible experience with this app. I booked a ticket and recieved a confirmation email, but there were no bus details provided either in the email or app. I waited at the bus stop with no updates or information. On the top of that, I tried calling their number multiple times, but no one answered. Completely unreliable and frustrated service.

Need Some serious work with the time table. I don't know why it doesn't show all the available buses from a main bus stand. if that's not done how are we going to manage our travel schedule. Me and my frnd both reached at the same stop at same time. but the bus was starting from his location and that bus was not available in list while I tried to make a reservation. I had to travel with a private bus that costed me 800/- more than the MSRTC bus. Also some old buses need to be scrapped 🙂
