The concept is great, but unfortunately the app is unreliable, slow, and clunky. It’s also frustrating that rewards don’t automatically appear at the register (like they do at Woolworths). Instead, you end up standing there holding your phone up, trying to get enough signal to check whether you have any in-store rewards. C'mon Myer... you're better than this!

I LOVE Myer. It's my favourite. But this newer app is so clunky & frustrating. When in store it is slow to respond and open. And since I got Myer One Gold status, the whole app is failing. I called customer service which helped initially, but its playing up again. Keeps saying it can't load my data. Initially my rewards werent showing, now it just won't load at alI. Have uninstalled and reinstalled it 5 times now, and it wont fix the problem. The old app worked fine. Hope you can fix it soon!

i have been a Myer one customer for a long time. i like to buy online and check out sales and look for items on line. The old app worked just fine. login in and out easily. at home, or in the store. this new up doesnt work. simply freezes all the time. and in the store you cant even use your myer one card as it never opens. many customers are having the same issues. please take a look at it, it needs adjusting!!
