I have a Luba 1 and have been using the app for almost 3 years. Although there have been some minor improvements, some things have got worse, one of which is it takes ages to update. For example if you just want to check how far it's got charging or mowing, you can't simply glance at the app, you have to wait ages, and you never know the current state. The mow time estimates don't include charging time, so if you can't complete within a single charge you have to multiply by some factor

Can easily be great with some software updates 1)Worst is that the app refuses to keep you logged in. this has been in issue since we bought the mower last spring. I get that it logs someone off if someone signs in from a different device but it is constantly logging out no matter what. The huge downside is that when it logs you out you don't get notifications. So if the mower has an issue you have no idea. 2)Since it won't stay logged in make it so a user can get text updates. Easy fixes

It's a decent start, but it needs some work. When I got my Luba and installed the app (July 2nd, 2023), there were no instructions once I onboarded the robot. Firmware update took close to 45 minutes of fiddling around. I'm very tech savvy and was able to figure out all the functions after about two hours of playing around. Needs a better onboarding process, better English translations for the settings and error messages, app communication needs to default to wifi instead of BT when opening
