i don't know why the team is experimenting with the overall UI. Since the updation of UI, I have been facing many issues in the app. My streak got deleted, and now it takes several minutes to load any meditation. It feels forever. I tried everything suggested by the team expert, but nothing worked. I'm really disappointed with the experience. The overall app has become heavy due to more content, i guess, which takes time to load even though the speed of my net is 95 mbps

I've not been able to even get into the app after having bought the program. Some glitch with it recognizing the login credentials.. It asks to enter the login ID and phone number used and once you enter one and the next step it asks for the other and it says it already exists. The customer support didn't respond properly either. Was so looking forward to accessing it. Highly disappointed!!

It's a wonderful app. But I would suggest leaving one of the full series free of cost for everyone. At least the beginner's meditation series can be made available free for the users just to try full version of the series and let the users decide if they want to pay for other services. Thank you for this wonderful app!!!
