megacable is a bad internet service provider . they come to the house for installation after 14 days . after installation within 1 day the connection gets broken and there is no internet at all . they don't want to fix the problem quickly also when you report for a technician. They are not active and coming to repair after 1 week . it's a worst experience in Queretaro

Doesn't work keeps saying my password and user are wrong. Cable hasn't worked in a year. They came changed box broke my TV and didn't take responsibility. Still paying for cable I can't watch still with my broken TV. Thy keep raising prices and now their app doesn't work go figure. Horrible service horrible app
