Melodi is a MIDI controller that lets you send MIDI messages to all popular DAWs on your PC or Laptop. It can work via USB or remotely via Wi-Fi. The app also contains additional features that are designed to increase your creativity and help you create better melodies.

This app is not a synthesizer that produces sounds, it is a MIDI keyboard whose purpose is to play music wirelessly in DAWs.


Features

* Light Guide - Choose between 50 music scales and modes. Stay-on key with highlighted piano keys of the currently selected scale or mode.

* Scale Recognizer - You can play a random melodies from your head and find out which scale and root note it belongs to.

* Chord Pad - Additional keys on the left side of the screen with which you can play chords at the same time as the main melodies.

* Wi-Fi MIDI connection - Use your phone as a wireless MIDI controller. It will take about 10 minutes to set everything up for the first time, after that it will only take a few clicks to get everything up and running. Go to https://melodiapp.com for tutorial.

Awesome App. But midi piano windows app's drum pads can not be controlled, piano keyboard works fine. Is there exists any way to control those drum pads via this app ! Or i am missing something!! App interface is not fit on full screen, midi input menu shows only one entry and output midi menu doesn't appear and instrument menu is always open but we cant switch instrument using this app which would be more comfortable and quick.

By far one of the best apps ive ever downloaded, the only thing i would ask for in terms of more would be alternate input methods e.g drumpads and the like but nevertheless, it's basically perfect functionally. Edit: Its so good that i paid for it, and I generally dont buy apps this being the second ever and ive had android since the first in 2008.

this App doesn't scale well on my phone. it does what it advertised which is be a midi device. but its not very flexible. I don't like the octave menu and how it limits you to 4 to 8 octaves why can't I have a 2 octaves set it not like there room for more then 3 octaves on my device. I don't know if the Wi-Fi part of the App works I did not test it
