I'm taking up piano after not playing for 35 years. App does not allow for an easy way to repeat exercises. Repeating exercises is cumbersome. Repetition is key to perfection in playing piano. Notes to songs are all wrong. I understand this is too make it easier for beginners and to motivate, but it teaches had habits and is simply embarrassing. Foundational exercises like scales are not taught. My trial is about to expire and we haven't done scales yet.

Initially I was curious and downloaded the app, and chose jazz, learning new chords, and Melancholy music. The app only displayed some classical music and I also checked I have experience and my own piano. Music way too simplified, so nothing close to what the commercial had, I didn't see any jazz at all other than a simplified version of so what. You need way better song titles and choices was let down does everything Uber simplified maybe for a beginner not at all like I hoped it would be

I really think I'd like this better than the competition except for two serious issues. First, it hangs on video loading screens constantly, requiring closing the app and reopening it to continue. Second it does not reliably connect to Midi. Not s device issue as the competing piano program has no problem connecting to Midi. And, every time I close the app to get past the stuck loading screens I have to fight to get midi reconnected. Will likely cancel as these two problems make it unusable.
