Microsoft 365 subscriptions and OneDrive standalone subscriptions purchased from the app will be charged to your Google Play store account and will automatically renew within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period, unless auto-renewal is disabled beforehand.

To manage your subscriptions or to disable auto-renewal, after purchase, go to your Google Play store account settings. A subscription cannot be canceled or refunded during the active subscription period.

For you to sign into your work or school account on OneDrive, your organization needs to have a qualifying OneDrive, SharePoint Online or Microsoft 365 business subscription plan

Currently, I am having bad data loss with OneDrive. Been noticing with Microsoft Excel that I would have lost months of data on OneDrive storage. It's November and found a file that I update daily reset to an August version. Also, been seeing similar problems with Microsoft Word. Excel and Word are the mobile version. Another example is that I would save a file from Excel mobile on one device. Open the same file from another device and get an older version of the file.

Does not function at all. Just authorized payment for 365 personal subscription and so far have seen messages saying "we are experiencing problems" and "no internet connection" which is not correct as all 5 other connected devices in my room are online, and a continual loop of being prompted to sign in, signing in (have even changed to a new password successfully hoping it might help), clicking to activate my newly purchased subscription, only to have my original free onedrive account page load

I downloaded the app, and paid for 50gb of storage. I uploaded 10gb of pics and videos. I then got a new phone and now when i log in, my subscription does not exist and all of my photos are missing. I've chatted with support 3 times, and all they can say is they don't see any subscription. I was able to get a transaction id from Google Play and am waiting for a response to the email I sent to microsoft. Hopefully they will be able to locate the 7 years of irreplaceable memories I'm missing....
