it's really annoying and frustrating the error pop up every time I try to get alpha energy or mpple points by watching ads, it's really frustrating. I tried with VPN and also without. my wifi or internet connection is not a problem here . and also participating in games stuff, it's unfair , what do you mean I have to play 40 levels per day , and won't get points until I finish 1000 levels. HELL NAH. also quizzes, I took some, completed all but don't get anything. it's really trouble some.

Updated yesterday, and still no improvement in performance at all lol. I've also emailed support with my concerns + app version and phone ID and the likes (as per requested via your reply) >1 week ago. Didn't receive a follow-up or anything, and the app is still slow/lags heavily in response, if not worse than before jfc guys, honestly. Also, when I wanted to finally watch the content, subtitles aren't already available!!! wow, honestly.

I've had this app since the first season of boys planet. I also (try) and use it to vote for my faves. the app constantly lags and just crashes my whole phone. (it isn't my phone, my phone is new. it's the app.) it randomly freezes at times and is super slow. BUT! last update the app stopped lagging as much (its still very much lagging. it just doesn't constantly crash my phone) which is an improvement. thank you after 2whole years of this app being absolutely insufferable.
