Ratings and reviews

I had a very disappointing experience with MobiKwik. A payment of ₹95 has not been credited to my account, and another payment of ₹68 that I made to a beneficiary is still showing as pending even after a full day. The money has neither reached the recipient nor come back to my account. On top of that, I have been unable to connect with customer care for any support. It feels like MobiKwik is giving ₹0.40 cashback to attract users, but then holding back small amounts by keeping them in pending.

Worst experience. My amount often shows as pending in this, even though money gets deducted from my account. When I talk to their customer care, they always lie saying, *“Your problem will be solved in 2–4 days”... But they never solve any problem. Many times my money got deducted from my account, but here it shows as pending, and they don’t even give a refund.

If you ever had a second thought of putting your money in Xtra, from MobiKwik, then don't invest in this as they don't make the repayments on time. Then, there is the issue of missing out one of your repayments but the app shows that they had made the payment. When you contact the customer service, they don't do proper follow up and you get zero response. Not sure who takes accountability in this company but I wanted to highlight to them that swindling money off people isn't good for business
