Ratings and reviews

Not even worth 1 star, Installed app, tried identity verification multiple times and app rejected it everytime, I was alone and at a quiet place with sufficient lighting and still it was rejecting it and I got blocked. When I tried contacting support they said 'we cant do anything about it, you just have to wait and see', When I asked how much time would it take to try again, they said 'We don't know the exact time or days, if you are lucky enough you can try again in few days', such a waste

The user experience is moderate. There's so much push for buying a credit card that you open an app for payment and you have to bear the advertisement. In addition, there is no provision for biometric approval for the transactions. I would also like to have an option for a dark theme. They keep changing the reward point calculation at whims basically, making it worthless. So, anyone thinking of opening an account for the rewards, then pls don't.

I'm changing my ratings to 1 star after the changes made by the app. First thing, the value of jewels was 1 J= 1 rupee. The app previously stated that you would like to keep it simple by making easy conversions. Now it has been made complex and half the time jewels are not credited for the transactions. when I try contacting customer care on chats, it has more than 30 mins of waiting. Earlier, the minimum redemption value of jewels was low. This is keeping on increasing now.
