Ratings and reviews

Not even worth 1 star, Installed app, tried identity verification multiple times and app rejected it everytime, I was alone and at a quiet place with sufficient lighting and still it was rejecting it and I got blocked. When I tried contacting support they said 'we cant do anything about it, you just have to wait and see', When I asked how much time would it take to try again, they said 'We don't know the exact time or days, if you are lucky enough you can try again in few days', such a waste

I'm changing my ratings to 1 star after the changes made by the app. First thing, the value of jewels was 1 J= 1 rupee. The app previously stated that you would like to keep it simple by making easy conversions. Now it has been made complex and half the time jewels are not credited for the transactions. When I try contacting customer care on chats, it has more than 30 mins of waiting. Earlier, the minimum redemption value of jewels was lower. Just let us know if you don't want to reward us.

This is by far the most frustrating banking app I have used. There is no option to download current credit card transactions in real-time. When I contacted support, I was told I have to wait an entire month for the statement to generate just to access my data. What kind of modern financial app restricts users from downloading their own transaction history on demand? Completely unacceptable....
