worst app and services ever. I applied for an edge+ credit card and after feeling all the details, it got stuck at finding the final credit limit page.. it is giving an error 'something is not right' and 'please try again'. but even after trying 20 times, its still not working. and saying contact customer support. but they don't even have that option on the app.. it is stuck at the try again page.. when tried to call them, the call is asking for credit card number, but I don't have one. worstApp

Pathetic. I haven't been able to login back to the app for more than a month now. The support thread has over 30 messages now, still I am locked out. Their customers support is the worst, the responses seem AI generated which makes it even more annoying. I lost count of the number of times I have been asked to reinstall the app by them. I tried escalating to their grievance email, I haven't even received an acknowledgement on that thread.

Totally unreliable services. they're running special offers which are impressive but whenever you want to get back the rewards they give nothing. also their support team is useless. The contact number is never connected after verifying the details and the email support team gives only a copy paste response. Even I didn't get proper welcome rewards for activating their credit card (CSB edge credit card).
