Ratings and reviews

Works pretty well when you need it. We no longer do and I can not find an option to cancel our subscription and keep getting charged. It just wants to upgrade. I have emailed but why is there not an easy option to cancel a service I have not used in over 6 month and just keeps coming out of my account.

The app used to work very well. But as of the last 4 days it just says "connecting" and won't connect. We've reset the camera and modem. All I get are motion sensored pictures. We've tried everything we can without contacting customer service. I don't know if the app is having an issue or what. But it seems like it might be since a lot of people are saying the same thing is happening to them. The app is pretty much unuseable at this point.

Have had this camera for about 5 months now. Set up was complicated since nothing wanted to connect and it took a couple of hours to actually get it going. I had hoped that would be the worst of it, but it's not. I get the "something went wrong!" notification more than I get it working. Though it's frustrating even at home, I still have the monitor, but it's HIGHLY frustrating when I'm at work or something and have this gut feeling that I need to check on the baby.
