App and cameras working fine for me. And I've had them both for more than 2 Years ANNND one of them has been outside almost that whole time. If these things can weather these New England winters up here then their all right with me. Love them and the app. Honest answer here.
I have been using this camera and software for over a year now, but the last update had caused a lag. It takes up to 5 minutes to load an image. Not ideal when you want to check to see if your child is awake or OK! Software updated and still having issues. Was planning on getting a second camera for my next baby but I don't trust the system any more.
I have 150MB broadband at home and 4G on my mobile and every time I want to connect to the camera there's a 60-90 second period where it says Connecting to Camera.... painful! The app constantly logs you out which obviously prevents notifications. The servers seem to be regularly down for maintenance. AND they charge you an annual service fee for the privilege! STAY AWAY!
Having problems connecting the Camera to the Hubble App, which is extremely frustrating. The whole reason we went with Motorola was because it allows us remote access via Hubble, but we don't have it . every single time the camera set up fails and says error code 5. I have been waiting 4 days for a reply from Motorola, but nothing. Please pull your finger out and do something. Just received a reply from Emily at Hubble, asking me to contact her directly... Odd, because I already contacted her directly more than 4 days ago and still haven't even had the courtesy of a reply.
Ok for those who dont know take this crap back install alfred its free and 10 × better. Moto your behind the ball once again. It never works right one camera off line at all times and format is horrible no split screen to watch both cameras if you needed to. The picture quality sucks. And dont put it in any window because of glare. POS. DISAPPOINTED AGAIN IN MOTOROLA
I've installed the camera last night, it was working fine. This morning when I'm away from home and trying to look monitor my room, the video keeps loading and it keeps saying "attempting to reconnect with the camera" how can I fix this remotely as I need to as a matter of urgency! My Flatmate has been stealing things from my room! I need to keep a check at all times. Why isn't it working????
