Not as bad as reviews but... I have this looking out of my window and it's sharp. In focus. Responds to pan from media on my phone. However very hard to log off, so far either have to turn off media or suspend app or it will drain media on phone. A solution would be good.Seems to have a mind of its own don't even know when it's running in back ground. Colour balance would be nice.
This app used to be great. What happened!? I have a Galaxy Note 5 and up until your last update, this app was wonderful. It worked well for me and I could connect in less than 30 seconds when on WiFi and in under a minute on data. Ever since the last updated though, it takes me up to 5 freaking minutes to connect via WiFi! Forget connecting over data completely. How am I supposed to watch my kid when the app doesn't even work right. We have to constantly reset the cameras when we never had to before. Please fix this asap.
Recently bought this camera I recently bought this camera for this software that is advertised. The software does not work. It does not connect with my Note 5 phone or my wife's Note 4. Software developers should fix this immediately. We are fortunate enough to take the camera back. Good luck everyone. Edit: Got the camera working by placing it and my phone at the router. Downloaded firmware to the camera, trying out now for first time and I've own this camera for two weeks now. Will update.
Terrible update This camera was decently ok till I updated the latest upgrade. It used to be a bit lousy and now I only get a grey screen and takes forever to load. This is frustrating and how do you expect parents to use their camera for their kids saftey when the app dosnt work. And no other camera to use. Should never of bought this not worth the money at all!!!
Very poor performance I've got a decent Internet connection yet it's extremely slow to connect to the camera. Constantly reloads when connected. App rarely gives notifications, if it does, they are fat too late. Overall a very poor system, both the camera and the app. Don't waste your money.
Waste of money. Isn't it obvious to you that the latest update has screwed up all our cameras. At least give us the old update back so we can use them again until you sort this out. Mine packed up 2 days into a 14 day holiday and I spent the rest of the holiday worrying if something had happened at home.
