EVEN AFTER the update it still does the same thing! VERY frustrating!!! The app sits and spins forever. You need to close out and go back numerous times in order to get into the app. Once you're in ... IT'S GREAT and VERY FRIENDLY. BUT when TRYING to log in it's a Nightmare ... especially when you need to get in quick and you can't. 😔

This app is very pooorly programmed ffor Android. it rarely opens on the first attempt, but it stays running in the system processes, so you have to force stop the app and reopen it. it might work the 2nd time, or you might have to repeat that process 2, 3, 4 times... or it might not run at all that day. Ive heard the same report from many other users. the app needs a major overhaul

Everything works and does what you need it to do, like transferring money to your debit card or putting money into savings. The only reason I'm taking a star away is because it runs slow. When I'm logging in, it will load for a little bit; sometimes it will load, and sometimes it won't. And yes, I'm on a really stable connection, or I'm on 5G, and my phone is new. Note: Everything is up to date for updates.
