Won't allow me to update my local channels with Dish Outdoors. Un-installed, reinstalled app and still won't allow me to do it. Message came on the TV saying they were having problems and if not resolved within 2 hours to call support. 1/2 hour wait on the phone, no response...Love Dish Outdoors, the app you have to use is awful.

See Update below. Serious flaw. Used to be the best satellite TV service for RV'ers and much better and convenient compared to DirecTV. UPDATE: 9/13/24 The app no longer works. Enter login credentials and nothing happens. Cannot accomplish anything with it if the app won't open. This needs attention but in today's software world there are no direct points of contact to ask for support.

Update: 9/2/2024 app still not working. Can't even sign in it appears blank page is been 2 year's and still can't sign in. the app doesn't work anymore. Is 2/21/2022 and still can't sign in to the app. Please fix it. 9/16/2022 can't sing in since update. Update: 5/3/2023 still can't login. It used to work this app, but it has been a long time since this app has been a mess. Still DOESN'T WORK THE APP, NEVER GET FIXED. IT ONLY GOES TO BLANK AFTER LOGIN TO THE APP. NEEDS TO I GET FIXED SOON. WORST
