How about making sure your new OTP options work reliably before making them mandatory and disabling the old ones? Tried to do a card transaction (pay a bill) and was redirected to a page requesting to download the app. Installed, but app fails to load. I get a push notification for approval on my phone that opens the ibank app but nothing happens there either, no options to approve. Failed to pay, the bill expired and I had to use the desktop website on PC next day to complete payment. Awfull!

It was working fine, and the last few days it just stopped. When needing to authorise an online payment, after fingerprint authentication, the app comes up with an error that there is a problem and to try later. Same happened to my spouse on a different smartphone (albeit both Samsungs). The helpline was not very helpful, or maybe they don't know that there is a problem with it. At the moment I cannot purchase anything online.

I downloaded a few months ago and didn't have a problem till yesterday. It kept saying there is a problem. No new updates available so uninstalled and tried installing again. Now won't open at all. can't make online purchases without this app. Really annoyed
