Face verification keeps failing, even outside in broad daylight with contrasting background. Others apps verify even in doors at night (eg Opay). The app developer does not respond to mail. I sent a message to your email 6 days ago but I've not gotten any form of response. You need to work on your facial verification method. I sent an email to the address specified in their response, but it's over 3 weeks and they have not responded.

Facial verification keeps failing and this is frustrating. I just downloaded the app! The customer care team isn't responding. This is absolute nonsense. Why put up an app that doesn't work at all? How can a country be unable to complete a simple task of giving its citizens an ID that is recognised worldwide? I find this disappointing. If the IT department can't fix the problem, then what's their duty?

Highly frustrating app. Keep saying unable to verify despite several attempts for almost a month. I've uninstalled and reinstalled severally also. the worst part is no one is giving a clear explanation. Customer care are not responding and visiting NIN office isn't helping in any way as their staff seems not to understand the app also. You guys can do better please or kindly help with other ways of generating VNIN.
