I started using this app recently and thought it was a great way to count the amount of water that one drinks. It is programmed to track water drinking in the early morning and the rest of the day. Only problem: can't customise the amounts of water drunk during these 2 periods. It also have exercise, weight, meal trackers.

I regret not coming across this app before! This is hands down the most practical, realistic and awesome app to keep track of your water consumption, food you eat, steps you take, how much you exercise and what not! Strongly recommend!

This is a great app for recording your healthy habits. I love it. It would be nice to have the information backed up on Google drive so that information can be easily uploaded to a new phone when you have to change it. Great app!
