After way too many attempts that were directly rejected, forcing me to watch the completely useless instruction video over and over again, I can confidently state that the id verification function simply doesn't work.

Trying to verify my ID but the app is very slow and always quits with a 'technical error' at different stages during the process. Tried it several times.

My experience with this application is awful. NFC scanning didn't finished after 15 minutes. Support request in Android application have no 'Send' button. What a pity...
