They are very slow reacting, their customer service worse, they are always offline. Their Visa card is none of use, even when funded the transaction can't be undertaken. Charges and fees at every steps to end up not be able to do what you bought it for. I don't recommend it for any young entrepreneur using it. Please it's very important to read the rating of an app before using it, don't do the same mistake we did...

How can you terminate my card and take the money away? I had money in my account and I see 0$ today when I login, imagine how expensive you give out the dollar recharge, yet you have taken my whole balance .... Extremely poor customer serverice. The moment this issue will be solved, I'll take off this review. I can also remember alot of credit purchase that didn't go through, I showed your customer service all the transactions, yet my money went without the credit.....

I had a terrible experience with this app. I tried to pay for my one-month hosting with Hostinger, but the transaction failed, and my funds disappeared from my card without any explanation. To make it worse, my card was deleted without any notice! Customer support is unresponsive,they deleted my transaction history and I’m left with no money and no service. Avoid at all costs very bad customer service, everything on this app is a scam!
