Booked my ticket for 3rd May 2025, 10:20 am. And they canceled one hour from departure. And NueGo didn't provide alternate busses, what's the point in booking if that can cancel. When called to the customer care, they just say the busses are canceled (that I know from message I got). Refund will take 5 to 7 business days. Till then I have to keep this useless app.

My experience with NueGo is good so far. But the app is giving a hard time. It does not validate OTP easily either it says otp already present please enter otp or keeps on loading. Searching the pickup and drop does not work properly and I have to wait for quite long to load the stations. Same for loading your upcoming or completed trips. hopefully developers are working hard to resolve the issue. Rest travelling with NueGo is always seems pretty comfortable.

The service is so bad. Bus was scheduled to reach my stop at 10:45 PM but it has been more than an hour and the bus is not here yet. Even the bus tracking is not working properly.I tried contacting with customer support. But it is unavailable at the current moment. I feel so frustrated. I have recommended this bus to other people as well. I realise now that it was a mistake. I really could not find a way to provide feedback so had to do this. This is so unjustified.
