I really don't like the latest update. Although including the daily standing charge in each days usage is not a bad thing, now it's really difficult to see the daily breakdown- it's all under my finger tip! If I adjust my finger to be able to see the breakdown then I can't see the date. Before you added all this extra info, a simple tap revealed the usage and the date.

Cannot open the app, keeps crashing today. Tried reinstalling and restarted the phone, still the same. Updated app as suggested, now charging does not start as scheduled without me having to unplug the charging lead and plug in again usually late at night. 80% target not reached, usually stops in the 70's before target time.

Slow and clunky at times. Some useful parts like daily cost breakdown, etc. But the devices option for EV cars terrible and not clear how it's working or seems to even update in any reasonable time. Would be good to be able to set a max cost rate for charging, so that costs can be chosen to kept low even at peak rate times. Also despite me ordering an ev from octopus, the car is not listed in the ev devices! Ridiculous!

Hey Alexander, if you’re on Intelligent Octopus Go we can connect to either your charger or the car directly to schedule your charing during the cheapest times. You always get the low rate and just need to select the % level and when you need the car ready.
