Ratings and reviews

I never get the charge I ask for and the app decides to start charging at random times after my scheduled end time. I've tried everything to get the charge i need and it just doesn't work. I have also noticed when selecting max charge, it is charging at nowhere near the max usual around half. The app will also not link my Kia account despite multiple attempts.

Since they last updated the app to only allow dynamic charge I no longer can connect to my car account. So it thinks the battery level is always 0% and wants to start charging straight after plugging as if it will need 12 hours charging and therefore does not stick to the cheaper tariff times. So I need to manually set it up every time I want to charge. Also lots of bugs when trying to set up the next charging session.

I thought it was just me that had issues. I charge 2 cars at varying intervals. Lately one or other car has failed to charge. The app never detects which car is plugged in. Charging starts at random times. It's very hard to control accurately - the UI is a mess. I've had the charger a year, but it could be replaced before long. The 1 star reviews on here are accurate. come on Ohme, sort it out.
