im changing my review from 5 to 3 stars. because of one reason. if you have maintenance and any problem with the app or the system, PLEASEEE it should be known to us from the very beginning. not to the point I Already place my money on the Ooredoo Wallet and then you will post a message within the app that there's a system problem. I need to need money ASAP if i knew that i cant make a transfer using your app, i will find another way to send money. keep crushing. 24.08.25

Extremely poor service—the customer support is incredibly slow and unable to resolve issues. We were kept waiting for hours, only to be asked for basic contact details afterward. This has been very disappointing. If this is the kind of response we receive at the initial stage, how can we trust this service for something as important as money remittance?

update2025- working well and works great. 2023 - Use to be fantastic, now crashing every few seconds. Please fix it !
