Works with on the fly planning at times, a good selection of choices, their locations, and information. The ability to modify the reservation count is not functioning. The platform won't allow modifying guest count. It is stuck in the time adjustment feature. As years have passed, I use OT less as I continue to run into frustrating issues with the platform.

The restaurant page says it doesn't exist in the app. I have reservation notifications set for a popular restaurant in Chicago. When I receive an app notification saying that a table is opened up and I click on it, then I just get a spinning circle and then a message saying the restaurant doesn't exist. I can't even load the page directly. and then once you click on the alert notification, it disappears and you can't see it again. I've missed multiple reservation openings due to this issue.

Opentable itself is fine, this rating is for the app, which is pretty much just a link to the website with limited features. This means that links (E.g. To menus, restaurant websites, calendar apps) pull up limited webpages that are only sometimes formatted for phone. Links on those pages don't work. I often have to leave the app to just look up the restaurants website. I also find adding reservations to my calendar to be troublesome as I can barely see the calendar, only a zoomed in corner. Etc
